1. Order Processing
Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 0–1 working day after payment has been successfully confirmed. Please note that any orders placed during weekends or on public/bank holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

2. Delivery Options & Timeframes
We provide the following delivery services:

Standard Delivery – Free of Charge

  • Estimated arrival within 2–4 working days (excluding bank holidays).
  • Full door-to-door tracking is included.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking reference. This allows you to monitor your shipment directly via the courier’s website.

4. Delivery Locations
At present, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.

5. Missing or Delayed Deliveries
