1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item provided that:

  • The purchase was made within the past 30 days.
  • The item remains unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The product is not labelled as final sale or non-returnable.

2. How to Arrange a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@sportsofisu.co.uk, including your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with full return instructions.
  3. Send the item back to the address provided, ensuring you use a trackable delivery service.
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will proceed with your refund.

3. Refunds
Once your return has been approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 working days of us receiving the item. Please be aware that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

4. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for items of the same value. To request an exchange, follow the return procedure and clearly state the item you wish to receive instead. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene considerations.
  • Swimwear may only be returned if the hygiene seal remains intact.
    These conditions do not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

7. Return Shipping Costs
If the item is faulty or an incorrect product was sent by us, we will provide a return label. In all other cases, the cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer.
